The application is available on Android via the Google Play Store. It includes:
- a vocabulary review system using flashcards (multiple-choice or self-assessment);
- a virtual currency called flowers (🌸), earned by progressing in the app;
- a random item collection system called gacha;
- optional rewarded video advertisements.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Hana application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the application.
These terms apply to all users, whether they use an anonymous account or an email-based account.
Forgeden reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of the application after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. User Account
3.1 Account Creation
Hana offers two types of accounts:
- Anonymous account — no email address required, immediately accessible, tied to the device. This type of account cannot be recovered if the device is lost or reset.
- Email account — linked to an email address, recoverable if access is lost.
3.2 User Responsibilities
Each user is responsible for:
- the confidentiality of their login credentials;
- all activities carried out from their account;
- the accuracy of any information provided when creating the account.
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to gain advantages is prohibited.
3.3 Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time through the Settings menu in the application, or by emailing support@forgeden.com (email accounts only). Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
Use of the Hana application must be strictly personal and in compliance with these terms. The following are prohibited:
- exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical flaws to gain flowers, items, or any other advantage in ways not intended by the application;
- using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any method to artificially simulate or accelerate actions in the app;
- creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or accumulate advantages;
- attempting to decompile, disassemble, modify, or reverse-engineer the application or its servers;
- using the application for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Forgeden.
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate suspension or deletion of the account, without prior notice and without any right to compensation.
5. Virtual Currency — Flowers 🌸
5.1 Definition
Flowers are the virtual currency of the Hana application. They are used to perform gacha draws and access certain features.
5.2 How to Earn Flowers
Flowers are earned exclusively within the application, through the following activities:
- daily login;
- vocabulary review sessions;
- discovering a new lesson;
- watching rewarded video ads (optional);
- weekly bonuses.
5.3 Value and Limitations
Forgeden reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
- modify earning mechanics or amounts awarded;
- correct or adjust a user's balance in the event of fraud or technical error;
- suspend or remove the virtual currency as part of a major service evolution.
Upon account deletion, all flowers are permanently lost. No refund or compensation will be provided.
6. Gacha and Random Rewards
The application features a random draw system (gacha) that allows users to obtain collection items (characters, themes, illustrations). A draw of 10 items costs 10 flowers.
6.1 Random Nature
The result of each draw is determined randomly according to probabilities set by Forgeden. No guarantee is given that the user will obtain any specific item.
6.2 No Acquired Rights
Items obtained through the gacha are digital cosmetic elements with no real monetary value. Users have no ownership rights over these elements; they remain the property of Forgeden.
Forgeden reserves the right to:
- modify draw probabilities;
- add, modify, or remove items from the catalogue;
- evolve or discontinue the gacha system.
Such changes do not entitle users to any compensation.
7. Rewarded Video Advertisements
The application optionally offers rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. In exchange for a complete viewing, the user receives a defined number of flowers.
7.1 Daily Limits
- 1 daily rewarded video (bonus reward);
- up to 3 additional videos per day (standard reward).
7.2 Conditional Reward
The reward is only credited after server-side validation of the viewing. In the event of a technical failure (network issue, Google AdMob service unavailability), the reward may not be credited. Forgeden will make best efforts to ensure attribution, but cannot guarantee the reward for every viewing in all circumstances.
7.3 Ad Content
Ads are selected by Google AdMob based on the user's consent settings. Forgeden is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 Termination by the User
Users may stop using the application and delete their account at any time, free of charge. The procedure is described in section 3.3 above.
8.2 Suspension or Termination by Forgeden
Forgeden reserves the right to suspend or terminate, at any time and without prior notice, any account that has been subject to:
- a violation of these Terms of Use;
- attempted fraud, cheating, or abusive exploitation of the service;
- use contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
In the event of suspension for abuse, no compensation will be given for accumulated flowers or items.
8.3 End of Service
Forgeden reserves the right to shut down the application or certain features, with reasonable advance notice communicated through the application. The end of service does not entitle users to any compensation for virtual items held.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Hana application is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind as to its permanent availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Forgeden shall not be held liable for:
- temporary or permanent interruption of the service;
- loss of data (progress, flowers, inventory) due to a technical failure or account deletion;
- direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application;
- the content of third-party ads served via Google AdMob;
- the actions of third parties (Google, Cloudflare, etc.) involved in the delivery of the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forgeden's total liability shall not exceed any amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event in question. As of today, the application is entirely free of charge.
10. Intellectual Property
All content in the Hana application (texts, illustrations, logo, the name "Hana", graphics, design, characters, structure, sounds and music) is the exclusive property of Forgeden, unless otherwise expressly stated. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or transmission, in whole or in part, by any means, without prior written authorization from Forgeden, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement punishable under applicable law.

Users are granted only a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the application, limited to these terms.
11. Personal Data
The processing of personal data collected through use of the application is governed by Forgeden's Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer of this website and from the application's Settings.
